This workout is really something else! It's been described as recess for grown-ups and cat's cradle but with your whole body. Relative newbies and fitness enthusiasts alike meet new challenges with learning aerial tricks. Some moves are harder than they look, other times you'll surprise yourself with just how strong you are. We all root for each other along the way, as we figure out the puzzle of each trick, so bring a friend or make one here!
