Aerial Yoga + Play Class (All levels)

Every Monday 6:45-7:45 PM in October and November at our new location inside Soar Creative (Design District, Dallas).

Get a little bit of everything in Blue Feather's signature class! Thoughtful aerial yoga sequencing prepares the body and mind to learn aerial tricks. A great way for all levels of students to deepen their yoga asanas and strengthen their relationship with the hammock. New sequencing/choreography every week. Each student will get their own hammock for the entire duration of class (no sharing necessary).

Classes bought with bundle discount ($25 each when you book 5 or more classes) must all be used by the same student.

New students must arrive at least 5 minutes prior to class to allow time to sign a waiver and get set up.
